Prevention

Our goal is to prevent injuries from ever occurring. By implementing JointStrong® movements into training regimens and daily activity, we can achieve this.

As part of our prevention plan, we will teach your athletes how to achieve full end-range movement to maximize their performance and achieve significant advantage on the field all while reducing pain and preventing injuries.

 

Self-Care

Self-care should be the first step an athlete takes when they feel pain or have a non-structural injury rather than immediately escalating to advanced imaging or surgery.

Athletes can access preventative self-care techniques 24/7 via the JointStrong® app.

Escalation

Sometimes, self-care and prevention isn't enough. That's where JointStrong® physical therapists can step in to help. We will work with athletes one-on-one to develop a personalized treatment plan that gets them back out on the field sooner.
